5 Day Gorilla Habituation and Chimpanzee Trekking Safari
Overview
This immersive 5 Day Gorilla Habituation and Chimpanzee Trekking Safari is perfect for travelers who want to spend extended, meaningful time with two of the world’s most fascinating great apes—mountain gorillas and chimpanzees. You’ll explore the southern region of Bwindi Impenetrable National Park, the only place on Earth offering a gorilla habituation experience, and then continue to Kibale Forest National Park, known as the “Primate Capital of the World,” for an unforgettable chimpanzee trekking adventure.
Unlike traditional gorilla trekking, the habituation experience allows you four hours with a semi-habituated gorilla family, offering deeper insight into their behavior and conservation efforts.
