Trip Itinerary
Morning – Pick-up:
Your adventure begins with a pick-up from Entebbe or Kampala. Prepare for a scenic drive to Bwindi Impenetrable National Park in southwestern Uganda, approximately 8–9 hours away. Though the journey is long, it is incredibly rewarding, offering breathtaking countryside views along the way.
Afternoon – Travel:
You’ll stop at the Equator in Kayabwe for exciting experiments and photography sessions, then continue to Mbarara for a delicious lunch break. After lunch, the drive takes you deeper into Uganda’s lush landscape, where you’ll pass plantations, rolling hills, and the magnificent Virunga ranges. Keep your camera close—your driver will happily stop for any photo opportunities!
Evening – Arrival:
You’ll reach your lodge in the evening, where you can relax, enjoy dinner, and settle in for the night.

After a powerful breakfast with a packed lunch will, you will be transferred to the park starting point for briefing by the Park rangers who will take you in a group of not more than 8 people per group as you journey into the amazing rainforest. The charming mountain gorillas form the highlight of the park and of your Uganda Gorilla Safari. The time taken to track these primates varies according to their movements and once tracked, you will have one hour to observe, spend time with and photograph these gentle, peaceful and shy gorillas. This safari in Uganda is a once in a lifetime unique, breathtaking, inspiring and memorable adventure and later return for an optional Community walks or to shop some souvenirs.

After an early morning breakfast you will start a long drive back to Kampala. It will be a long drive but there will be a stopover in Masaka for lunch. After that we will proceed straight to Kampala or Entebbe and check in to your accommodation or for your outbound flight back home.
